It consists of two large bedrooms with a double bed, SMART TV (only with WIFI connection) and a full bathroom in each of them (one with a shower and the other with a large bathtub). It also has a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fridge, hob, electric kettle, microwave, etc.) and an open-plan area with a dining area for six people, a living room with a sofa bed and SMART TV and a small area to relax with the best views. The apartment offers large spaces and is furnished with taste and elegance. It is also suitable for those guests who have to work, as it has excellent FREE WIFI and a desk area. The apartment is in a building with an elevator. It does not have parking. It doesn't have a pool. It does not have a terrace or balcony. The accommodation is located in a central area in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (also at night) where you can spend lovely evenings. 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 on foot from Siam Park. Guests must take into account when booking that due to the location of the accommodation (very central) there may be noise, both at night (from the pubs) and during the day from the shops. The building where the accommodation is located has an elevator and several shops and restaurants. It does not have parking. Due to its proximity to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs, there is the possibility of noise. Please take this into account when booking. If they want to contract transfer or pick-up services to the airport or rent a car, they will have to say so at least two days in advance and there will be an additional cost. NOTICE: It is important that guests confirm their telephone number when making the reservation and tell us an approximate arrival time at the accommodation to organize check-in. Remember that it is an apartment and we do not have a reception as such and the only way to avoid waiting is to balance the schedules. We remind you that the check-in time ends at 10:00 p.m. If any guest needs to enter after said time, they must notify in advance and will have an extra cost that they must pay in cash upon arrival. On the day of your arrival, someone from the staff will be waiting for you at the entrance of the apartment. He will show you around and give you the keys. Check-in takes place from 3:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. If a guest wishes to check in after this time, he will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment. Check-out ends at 11.00 am. The rules are mandatory. In the event of a violation by a guest, the accommodation establishment reserves the right to expel him from the establishment without the right to a refund.
