Our home comfortably accommodates up to five guests and features a 24/7 NASA-based air purification system for pristine air quality. Living Area: Relax in the cozy living room with a large HDTV equipped with popular streaming services and powered by high-speed Wi-Fi. Bedrooms: Enjoy restful nights on premium sheets. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom offers one full bed and one twin bed. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. We provide coffee K-Cups, tea, snacks, bottled water, and basic cooking spices and oils. Workspace: A dedicated workspace is available for remote work or planning your local excursions. Bathroom & Accessibility: The entire home is on a single story with no stairs. The modern bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire single-story home, including the private backyard with a BBQ grill. You will also have access to: An on-site laundry room with a free washer and dryer. An EV charger for your convenience. Please note: The laundry room is shared with an adjacent unit. Our cleaning staff may need to access it between 11 am and 3 pm on days when the other unit has a checkout. We will always provide at least 24-hour notice. For your privacy, a lock is available for the kitchen door that leads to the laundry area. Parking is free with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Upon request, exceptions can be made. Other things to note Please review these important details for your stay: Pre-Arrival: Before your stay, you will receive a secure link to our guest portal to verify your ID, authorize a refundable $300 security deposit (this is a temporary hold, not a charge), and sign our digital rental agreement. Security: For your safety, the property exterior is monitored by security cameras and noise decibel monitors. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Reporting Issues: We strive for perfection. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please report them within 24 hours so we can address them promptly. Laundry Supplies: A free washer and dryer are provided, but guests will need to bring their own laundry detergent.
