The property offers a private solar heated pool (free heating), private parking as well as ample visitor parking in the development. All rooms enjoy full air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are multiple portable Bluetooth speakers throughout the villa. Good quality cotton bedding, towels and beach towels are supplied. Fire extinguishers and fire blanket are provided for your safety. The living room has quality furniture including a 3-seater leather sofa and armchair a flat screen LCD TV and IPTV streaming. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breath-taking views from the patio doors which open up to the pool area. The dining area has a modern elegant table with four chairs. There are French doors which open on to the patio, setting the scene for a relaxing dining experience. The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a full range of tea and coffee makers including a coffee pod machine and milk heater. A water cooler, numerous pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.
