The space The apartment has a squarish layout and is right on the corner of the street. Naturally well lit and airy with windows in each room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The dining table is comfortable and spacious. The living room consist of a sofa bed were the 5th guest can sleep, coffee table and wall unit with a 43 inch android tv . Wifi is Free. Balcony is accessible from the living room. The main bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bed side tables, 4 door wardrobe, mirror, chair and chest of drawers. This room is very spacious and cosy. The spare bedroom consist of 2 single beds, 5 door wardrobe, chest of drawers. bed side table and chair. Spacious and comfortable. The main bathroom is right between the bedroom make it easily accessible. It consists of a shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, wash hand basin and toilet. The spare bathroom also consist of all the necessary toiletries. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with the air-conditioning. 2 car Garage available in the complex at an extra cost. Please note that the pool is managed by the condominium administration, we do not have control in the case that the pool needs to be closed down for some days for health and safety purposes. Eco Tax from 2026 is Euro 1.50 per guest per night. This eco tax is not included in the price and has to be paid seperatly.
