Perfect solution for nature lovers with luxury facilities. Our Premium villa of 170m2 can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons. STARLINK INTERNET is available on site. Tastefully decorated living room with fully equiped kitchen and dinning area overlooking pool with jacuzzi and sea is connected with a huge terrace with patio furniture and lovely sundeck area. Charming master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also settled on the ground floor (exit door to the pool area), same like bathroom connected to the living area. Three seaview bedrooms, each with flat SMART TV inside are spread over first floor with a walk in bathroom. Spacious outside area offers a fantastic, private infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi, a beautiful covered terrace with lounge area with dining table aside, traditional open fire place and barbecue grill, basketball court, soccer goals, bowling alley, tennis table, trampoline, baldachin, darts. As you are having just few stairs to the beach, private boat mooring, kayak, SUP and small boat to reach the extra quality restaurant on the bay accross the sea are on your disposal. The swimming pool is open from 08/05. until 25/10. Recommendation for economical resourses usage, as in secluded bay on peninsula, provides a great treasure. We are proud to begin moving toward sustainability by reducing energy and water consumption, but our eco-friendly crue is always available for guests service. Villa BruLuPeS is a perfect accommodation for two families or group of friends and is open to all people of good will, different sexual orientation and national origin. As we are just 500m away from a very famous restaurant in Kobas, just accross the sea, we allow our guests to use our small boat to reach there, if have a regular licence for driving boat of course. Also, we can organize private speedboat to get the guests to the restaurant and back. Private fast boat excursion Three Elaphite islands tour is available from the Villa. Easy to reach very famous restaurants in Ston like Bakus and Kapetanova kuća, possible bookings in advance. Main Pelješac bridge, opened in summer 2022 like a Masterpiece of Modern Art is about 15 minutes of driving from a house. Mediaval Dubrovnik with it's attractions and very interesting history like a Pearl of the Adriatic is just 46 km away. Private mooring is available for our guests for free, so guests with their own private boat or yahts can be accommodated here with pleasure. .
