SUNsational oceanfront condo!

Bask in the sensational sun rays on 3 balconies and take in the amazing sites and sounds of the breathtaking ocean! You are steps away from the enjoyment of the beach! 🏖 Melbourne Beach is a magical place with thousands of sea turtles laying their eggs and baby sea turtle hatchings exiting their nests and making their way back to the sea. It is nature at its absolute best. No ambient light is allowed on the beach at night during turtle nesting season. The length of stay is 1 month to 1 year! The space The condo is comprised of a main living room, dining area and kitchen with a balcony off the living room. There is a bedroom with full bathroom upstairs and downstairs with a private balcony off each bedroom. The Guest room has a queen size bed and a day bed with a trundle for 2 more guests. Guest access There is free parking at the condo for 2 vehicles. There is no assigned parking. You may park at any open spot. Other things to note There are stairs or an elevator to use. Please use outdoor shower to wash off feet upon exit off the beach. There are 2 unassigned parking spot either in the parking lot or under the building. There is a trash container located off the parking lot to take out trash. There is a latch that opens the gate for trash and recycled items.
