Lucaya Village Resort is a gated, resort-style community that features first-class facilities and amenities including: a great clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center, kids' games and entertainment saloon, a fitness center, and a resort-style community pool/spa. The resort is located on US 192. giving it easy access to major highways, such as Hwy. 429, Osceola Pkwy. and US 27. Guests have a short driving distance to the attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, museums, and nature trails, among other entertainment options. In addition to the amenities of this resort-style community, the two-story townhome features seamless accommodation for up to 8 guests within its 3 bedrooms. Gorgeously decorated open-plan with living-dining room and a full- equipped kitchen that highlights the main floor. The accommodation consists of the master bedroom with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom in the main level, and two other bedrooms in the upper level. One with a QueenSize bed and the other with two TwinSize beds. In the hallway there is the second full-bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub. There is a washer/dryer area in this second floor. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay. Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the entire Condominium during your stay. That includes all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns. We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays. We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Must be 21 years old to make a reservation. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
