Coral Ridge Oasis is a beautiful 4-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home in Coral Ridge Resort. It is fully stocked with all the necessities and conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16. It is also a short drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. A secure, secluded location but still centrally located to all of Southern Utah's hot spots. The space This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home but better! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. Guest access You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is located just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools as well as two hot tubs. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, and hot tubs are heated to 102 degrees, You will also have access to the clubhouse gym and game rooms. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go as you please during your stay. Other things to note The pools, hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. We have supplied the following for your use: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, portable folding table and chairs, card games, pack-n-play travel crib, pool towels, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a high chair, coffee machine, filters, crockpot, electric griddle, and children’s plastic dinnerware, just to name a few. Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob in the basket on the side table in the living room. Please return items there upon departure. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined.
