There is a sit down bar and a dining room table that seats eight along with the kitchen peninsula bar that seats 4 fully equipped with all your high end appliances dishes and everything you need to make a gourmet meal. All high-end furnishes throughout quality linens. Guest access Guest pool and spa, there is a separate pool for owners only or long term renters. Second pool and spa is for guests short term. There is a club house with pool tables and bbq area at guest pool area. Other things to note Our condo is in the newest tower #701 las perla designated parking spot is located on lever P2 closest to Elevator bank. We have a lock box located inside our lobby utility closet please ask for the lock box it is shown to you only after you reserve it. Upon arrival you will need to give me a list of all the names of the people in your party.
