Our bright, private & modern guest suite is in a quiet part of Wilston, with nearby huge parklands & bike/walking tracks + furnished with style & comfy furnishings. It’s a short walk to Wilston's many cafes & restaurants, the Sunday organic markets, RNA Showgrounds, Royal Brisbane Hospital and a few minutes’ drive to the buzz of Southbank & Fortitude Valley. The suite has a kitchenette, unlimited WiFi, air-conditioning and close to trains and buses. The space Noble House was originally the caretaker’s cottage (C 1915) for the market gardens, now named Downey Park. The original cottage has been extensively renovated into a large modern property, including the addition of a private 2-bedroom guest suite, with rear deck to enjoy the peace & quiet. You have a separate entrance with sensor lighting, lockbox for self-check in and access to the laundry for any washing. There’s a car space for 1 small car on the driveway in a parking bay at the front of the house + across the road there is always plenty of spots which are untimed / unmetered. Perfect for singles, couples + business travellers, that are looking for quiet accommodation with the convenience of the location.
