We have 5 bedrooms- one king bed down stairs, sofa couch that opens to a queen in the formal living area- a King bed upstairs, 2 queen beds upstairs ( all in separate rooms) one bunk bed with full on lower and twin on the upper and a infant crib! Enjoy a game of Pool Volleyball ,relax in the hot tub over looking a man made lake, outdoor patios with TV and bar -lots of games to play in a gated community you will find a Splash Pad and parks- basketball courts, tennis courts and work out facility! The space With 3500 square feet you have a main suite with king bed which has a private spa like bathroom you will love.. a powder bath down stairs , we offer a sofa bed that opens up to a Queen sleeper bed, upstairs you have four bedrooms one with a king bed and two with a queen bed the fourth upstairs room has bunk beds with full on the lower and twin on the upper , we also are prepared for little ones with a youth bed that can convert to a crib, we also have a pack and play . Two bedrooms share a full bath on one side of the home and the other two share a full bath on the other side of the home and there is a game room in the middle with a pool table to enjoy ! Every bedroom in the home has a TV and plenty of storage for your personal items.. There is a private office area if you need to get some work done , there is a large formal dining table that seats eight to ten guest and a formal living area with seating ! The living area is large with a 75 inch screen TV and Fireplace to enjoy on cold nights just off the kitchen area, The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen with wine bar and wine cooler ! Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a table that seats six and bar top with two bar stools - right outside is a poolside paradise waiting for you to enjoy with a very large side patio living area with Large screen TV and electric fireplace , a bar that includes outdoor sink , gas grill, full size refrigerator and six bar stools and a pantry stocked with pool towels , there is an outdoor bath house with toilet , sink and shower! Step into the over size hot tub and relax and unwind or jump into the pool for a cool dip ! Pool can be heated with plenty of notice and for an additional cost ! There is a smaller patio as well that has room for entertaining and you can play darts, giant jenga , or corn hole - connect 4 - We have a lake in the back of the house with an access gate to go out to take a walk and enjoy nature, we often see cranes, ducks, turtles and of course lots of fish(no fishing allowed) and occasionally we see Muskrats and rabbits! The sidewalk is 1.2 miles and you can jog, walk or ride a bike around the lake! The neighborhood is a Gated community so it's very safe - as it has a guard 24 hours a day checking license of everyone who enters - We have access cards to go through the gate , if you forget the card you can just show your ID and give our name and address to enter! We will have a guest book for you and information on how to operate everything in the home but if you have issues we are just a phone call away ! Guest access You have full access to the home and the amenities Other things to note Entry will be a keyless entry -We will ask you to send us a 4 digit code the day before check in ~ we will set up your unique code the day of check in that will activate at 4PM unless you have requested and paid for early check in ! We will delete this code at 11AM day of check out unless you have requested a late check out ! We ask guest to pick something that will be easy for them and their guest to remember such as a Wedding date, birthday , anniversary , last four of phone number etc..
