MALACCA STUDIO – SEA VIEW AND POOL – Deshaies

The pretty Malacca studio is warm with its turquoise seaside style. Located in the luxury residence "O Coeur de Deshaies", it is ideal for a stay as a couple (possibility to accommodate your baby with a travel cot). From the suspended seat of the terrace, or by the pool, you can admire the view of the beautiful bay of Deshaies and its sunset. The space The bedroom has a 160 "Grand Hotel Prestige" queen size bed with mosquito net. The bathroom is comfortable with Italian shower, separate toilet and hairdryer. Equipped kitchen (vitro-ceramic stovetop, microwave oven and top fridge-freezer). Large storage closet with washing machine (detergent not included). Balcony with sea view, with table and chairs. A large hammock-chair and a deck chair to enjoy the view with a book (or a glass of homemade planter). Air conditioning. Private parking. Wifi. Surface area 17 m² + 6 m2 terrace. Guest access The O cœur de Deshaies residence is, as its name suggests, a stone's throw from the charming fishing village of Deshaies, on a hill overlooking the city. It is a small residence (only 13 units) renovated in 2016. It has the necessary comfort to spend a disconnected vacation. Here, there is no TV: the pool and its waterfall await you, unless you prefer the beach! The MALACCA studio is conveniently located at the top of the residence, with private entrance and parking. It overlooks the whole. The city of Deshaies is 500 m away, 10 minutes walk (15 minutes on the way back, because the slope is quite steep). It's a 2-minute drive. Other things to note Car highly recommended to enjoy the charms of the beaches and visits to the region. For stays of 3 nights or more, a house planter will be waiting for you in the cool. 😊 Guests can enjoy the setting, view and garden of the residence. The pool is only accessible to our guests between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., in order to respect the tranquility of the entire O Coeur de Deshaies. The common areas (including the pool deck and its facilities) are of course accessible outside these hours. Note that in Guadeloupe, it is dark very early anyway (between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.). Possibility to wash personal laundry with surcharge: 10 euros per wash - drying, on request.
