Now The space This property accommodates about 6guests, or 8 with additional air mattresses (not provided). It has a great floor plan with 1540 sqft for you to enjoy and located on a great lot with a lot of trees in the backyard ( expect some leaves in the pool in case of wind blow) Conveniently located just a few minutes from the beltway, I-40. Also in very close proximity to many restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house including backyard with pool and oversized patio. We have self checking device in front of the door. Other things to note Pool is up to 6 ft deep and those who swim will do so at their own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be monitored while in the pool at all times. Also, NO OUTSIDE GUEST! Only those registered in your reservation will be allowed on the property. POOL CLOSES ( OCTOBER 20 and reopen APRIL 25) If your taking your pet with you there will be a pet fee. So add your pet in the reservation, price is for 1 pet. We allowed max 2 pets the second one will be $100 more. We do not allow: - untrained dogs or puppies (if you bring your dog make sure they sleep in the crate) Please bring blankets to cover the couch if your pet is allowed on couch. - Parties - No smoking
