It is unique in Malaga, a true little palace with its charming rooms, an internal patio, original Moorish bathrooms and the overwhelming roof terrace. It is located in a street without traffic, just behind the famous ´Teatro de Cervantes. The space All sights, shopping streets and many excellent restaurants and tapas bars are within walking distance. If you walk down the quiet street, you immediately throw yourself in all that Malaga has to offer (even the beach is only 20 twenty minutes walk). The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic terrace with BBQ. The house is decorated stylishly and breaths Andalusia. After the vibrant energy of the city, the roof terrace is the perfect place to relax, dune away under the pergula or take an extra sun bath. I, Agatha, manage the house with great pleasure, passion and pride for the owners who stay for work in Asturias. It is a house that continues to amaze me. It needs attention, it takes, but above all, gives as you can expect both of a romantic building at age. So if you are looking for a house where every stone in proverbial sense is exactly and always on the other then this house may not be the perfect location for you.
