Great home for family reunions and families who don't want to pay NYC hotel prices for several rooms. Unfortunately Orangetown just passed a rule not allowing short term rentals. There is now a 30 day minimum. We lowered the price to accomodate this new law. Filming is allowed but the price per day will be higher.
