Charming Farmhouse Just outside of NYC!

Take a step back in time! Large charming house built in 1922. A two minute cab to the train and bus into NYC. Twenty-five minute drive to the outlets and West Point. Great home for family reunions and families who don't want to pay NYC hotel prices for several rooms. Unfortunately Orangetown just passed a rule not allowing short term rentals. There is now a 30 day minimum. We lowered the price to accomodate this new law. Filming is allowed but the price per day will be higher. The space ***This is a five bedroom home Bedroom #1 Queen Plus Bedroom #2 Queen Bedroom #3 Queen Bedroom #4 Queen Bedroom #5 Double plus a crib ***We also have two family rooms, one down one up Guest access All of the home including a laundry room in the basement. Other things to note There will be an extra charge of $200/night for stays over major holidays and an extra charge for the day/night of the holiday itself.
