Multiple areas to gather or hang out.  Make use of the large unfinished basement on a rainy day with ping pong, foosball, or use the gym for a workout right in your own home for the week. 2 car garage and parking in driveway for another 2 cars.  Bedroom Layout: 5 Bedrooms including 2 Master Bedroom Suites.   1st Floor Master – King 2nd Foor Mmaster – King 3rd Bedroom - 1 Queen 4th Bedroom - 1 Queen 5th Bedroom -  2 Queens 1st Floor Bonus room – Queen Sleeper Sofa Coffee Maker: Keurig/Standard Combination Parking: Driveway and garage parking is available.  Street parking is also permitted as long as driveways are not blocked and cars in driveways do not block the sidewalks.  There is additional spill over parking vailable at the clubhouse which is just a 2 minute walk from your home..   Nearby Beaches and Attractions:  Coastal Club located 5 miles or less to multiple beaches - Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey and Cape Henlopen State Park.  Many, many restaurants, Tanger outlets, multiple microbreweries, Jungle Jims waterpark, Junction and Breakwater bike/hike trail, miniature golf, movies, bowling... all under 2 miles from your home for the week.  Cleaning: Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter. Cancellations: If guest has booked a reservation through another website such as VRbo, Airbnb, or Homeaway then the cancellation policy shall be the policy as noted on that website. If guest books directly on bethanybeachhomerentals website then the following cancellation policy will apply: If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit, then Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing to Owner.   A) A cancellation notice received by Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full.   B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund.  C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund. D) The Customer Service Fee is not refundable. New Construction: This is a new home in a new community and as a result there may be some construction taking place during your stay.   All of the homes on the block and in the immediate area have been completed. Lease Agreement: Please be advised that, by making a reservation you are agreeing to the terms in this lease. Linens:  The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services. Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have security camera(s)  and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes. CoVid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures: We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes. We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.  Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Linens: We will supply mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters and you should plan to provide your own sheets, pillow cases and towels . You'll have your own washer and dryer inside the home that you are welcome to use. If you need to rent linens, we have provided the name, phone, email and website to order and rent linens in our rental agreement for Sheets At The Beach located just minutes away  - they also deliver linens to the home fro your convenience. New Construction: This is a new home in a new community and there will likely  be some construction taking place nearby.   we don't expect that the construction will be next door to your home and we don't expect that you will hear construction noise inside the home. House Rules: Strict NO Smoking HomeStrict No Pets Home. The lead renter must be at least 25 years old, sleep over every night and take legal responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.
