Outside you have comfortable covered and uncovered seating, lounging areas and dining table options. If it gets chilly, simply light the fire pit or warm up in the optional hot tub. Many amenities include private dockage. You can bring your boat or kayak to enjoy the river. Boarding ladder for easy in and out swimming. Fish right from one of the many rocking chairs and clean them at the filet station. There is an additional detached space we call the “MERMAID LOUNGE” with a full-size sleep sofa that could accommodate 2 more people. This space can be made to be available after booking. The Niantic boardwalk is a perfect place to stroll along the beach, then return to our peaceful river front patio where you can enjoy a dinner cooked on the gas grill and a cocktail by the gas fire pit and outdoor heaters.
