Please consider that there is a loud construction going on beside the house. "Sea Song House" is the perfect place to stay! Enjoy the peace, take a swim in our beautiful pool, or simply relax in our little Maroccan patio. The location is key! Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, night pubs and supermarkets! You are in a secluded place but, at the same time, in the center of Santa Teresa! "Sea Son House" counts with 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite beds. The space "Sea Song House" features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second offers a king-size bed plus a sofa that can be converted into a single bed. An open-space kitchen, big living and dining area, and a beautiful deck with 2 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The villa also features a stunning Moroccan-style patio, and a nice turquoise pool. The villa is just a short walk to the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, offering easy access to all you need during your stay. Guest access In order to reach the house it is not nessary a mean of transportation. You can easly walk around. Other things to note - Children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult in the pool. - Internet: Fiber optic. - Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue! - Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment. - Water cuts: Water cuts are very common in Santa Teresa. Water will come back as soon as the problem is fixed! - Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions. - The Owner does not assume civil, criminal or labor responsibility, or of any other type, for damages occurred to the guests or to third persons, as consequence of accidents occurred to in the PROPERTY. - At the moment, there are construction sites close by and there could be noise during the day. The amount of noise may vary. Some days there is no noise.
