Home in Punat

The brand new modern three bedroom/three bathroom house is open in June 2023. The bedrooms have comfortable quenn size beds and the bathrooms have walk in showers. The spacy sitting room is connected with a fully equiped kitchen, dining area, terrace and winter garden with the hydro massage bath and sun beds. In the basment is sauna. The whole house is heated/air-conditioned. The space The house is surrounded with the lovely mediterranean garden, within the garden shower, barbecue, pavillion, and the parking lot.. Guest access The house has a parking lot for two cars. You can park your car(s) and do not need to moove it during your whole stay, because, everything is very close: beach, grocery shop, city center. Other things to note There are many cultural and entertainment activities to explore on the island which you can visit either on foot or by car or boat (daily excursions). On the island there is the production of unique white grape sort called Žlahtina and you won't go hungry tasting the domestic specialities: Adriatic fish, lamb, noodles called Šurlice, olive oil .....
