A 15 min drive to hiking trails, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers & to some of the worlds best beaches; Jobos, Wilderness, Montones, Survival, Surfer’s, Crash Boat etc. Furnished w/ modern appliances & comfortable furniture to make your stay enjoyable and unforgeable. Visit us!! The space The entire first floor of our Boutique Hotel / Villa is steps away form the beach and is furnished with modern appliances. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, private patio, BBQ and private driveway. There is plenty of street parking for additional cars. Guest access The entire first floor apt, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, outside first floor patio (private), bbq, private driveway and private side door access. Other things to note Everything in the house is for guests to use and/or eat. Please open all kitchen cabinets to find kitchen essentials needed. Pots and pans are inside the oven. Plastic utensils and paper plates are located in the cabinet above the fridge. Coffee, sugar and snacks are either on top of the counter or in the kitchen cabinets. Under the sink cabinet there are extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap, other cleaning items and the dish strainer. Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and other seasonings are in the skinny cabinet to the right of the stove. Extra toilet paper and bags are in the bathroom cabinet.
