Charming cottage on Hermit Lake. This property has everything for a nice romantic getaway, family adventures, or just a nice place to stay. A beautiful lake for fishing, swimming, paddle boarding and boating. The property has fire pits and boats are shown in the pictures. Also has 3 TVs, A/C, large deck overlooking nature & the lake. Close to Lake Winnisquam & Winnepesaukee, only mins from stores (Walmart, Tilton Outlets) & restaurants. Close to Ski Resorts & the snowmobile corridor! The space This cozy cottage has 1 bedroom with twin size bunkbeds Another bedroom has a full queen size bed - and the living room has a queen size pull out sofa All Eddie Bauer bedding. Window air conditioners will be put in once spring is over, and the heat works beautifully in the winter time. Coffee table rises like a desk which is perfect for a work from home setup. The Property has more than 3/4 of an acre its own private bridge that leads you to its own dock. There are a few fire pits on the property as well as views of a beautiful Brook that adds to peaceful and tranquil setting. Guest access We will have boundary markers on each side of the house so you will know not to go into the neighbors property but our property is lovely and has a beautiful natural bridge that leads to the dock where you can swim, Fish, Paddle-board, kayak or canoe! Other things to note Clean bedding is provided 6 bath towels & 6 towels for the lake when it’s summertime there is also an on site washer and dryer to do your laundry. You will need to bring your own detergent and extra towels if desired. We do take inventory of all the towels, silverware glasses and dishes after each turnover. There is a TV in both bedrooms and the living room. All TVs have FREE Netflix and you can also stream from your device. The living room TV has basic cable TV. MAXIMUM guests 6 including children. We have a Keurig machine not a traditional coffee maker, so we recommend bringing your own Kcups of your favorite coffee or tea, we try to stock the bottom drawer of the Keurig when we are there but unfortunately some guest will use and not restock, so your better off bringing your own.
