Welcome to Magnolia River Haus! Vacation like a local in this newly built luxury home situated just 2 blocks from downtown New Braunfels! In addition to the inground pool, guests of Magnolia River Haus will have direct access to the crystal clear Comal River through nearby Beavers’ Bend. This large 6 bedroom/4 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. Perfect home for larger groups with plenty of room to enjoy your time together! The space The furnishings of the home is as follows: The primary bedroom #1 features a comfortable king-size bed & large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. French doors allow guests to walk right out onto the shared wrap-around porch patio for morning coffee. The primary en suite has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Bedroom #2 on the main level of the home features an additional king-size bed with a shared hall bath. Guests staying in this bedroom will also have access through additional french doors leading out onto the shared wrap-around porch. As you make your way upstairs, you will find a spacious loft/lounging style room with a Queen size pull-out couch. Bedroom #3 will feature a King size bed, Bedroom #4 will have a Queen size bed and lastly, bedrooms #5 & #6 will both have 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeping a total of 8). The outdoor living space features an inground heated pool with plenty of outdoor seating. The home also offers a Bluetooth Sonos speaker system for your enjoyment of the outdoor space. Additionally, you will have access to high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. *Please note, this home is NOT wheelchair accessible and will require stairs. Other things to note Check-In: 4PM ~ Check-Out: 10AM *Pool heating is an additional cost of $150/daily ::Stay & Play:: Golf Cart Rental Add-on Option We work closely with a 3rd party equipment rental company that provides golf-carts to guests staying at 8Sages*Gruene for an additional cost. New Braunfels is a very golf-cart-friendly town and the "lokals" favorite mode of transportation! The golf carts are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival, gassed up, so all you have to do when you arrive is jump on in and cruise around! We've teamed with trusted local partner, The Welcome Basket, so our valued guests can now arrive to their vacation home with a well stocked kitchen. Skip the store and settle in faster! ::Airport Shuttle Transportation:: New Braunfels is conveniently located less than1 hour from San Antonio International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated. ::Private Chef & Personal Masseuse:: Let us arrange for even more luxury during your stay with us! This way, you can explore the city without being weighed down by your belongings. ::Pet Policy:: Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
