Quiet but central. Not "guest-friendly" - only people named in booking may stay, no hookers. Upstairs condo with large balcony alongside pool. A deep pool, sunbeds, shady seating. Next door are amenities - a guest laundry (or laundry service available), a small café (free coffee) with more shady seating, a roof-top exercise room and a sun deck. We have a golf cart to transport less mobile guests. We provide drinking water, cleaning, sheets/towels, and advice on tap! Good wifi and security too. The space PLEASE NOTE: we are not "guest-friendly", we do not allow hookers on the premises. A girl/boyfriend whose ID you provide on arrival is welcome. This condo has one bedroom with mirror closet; a bathroom with shower over bath; small office area on landing; living area with leather sofa; fully-equipped galley kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer, small appliances and all you need to cook and enjoy fresh food. A folding table, and a table on the balcony. Plenty of storage space. Wifi 10 mbps upload and download for meetings and chats, or Netflix, 1000/20 option for an extra charge. A/c (not included in price) and cable TV in both rooms. Other things to note Air conditioning is not included in the price. There is a meter in each apartment which measures only the a/c consumption. This is recharged at the current higher rate charged by the power company. As of September 2022 this is US 0.26 cents (14 pesos) per kwh. If you use only a few kwh we may reduce or waive the charge at our discretion. We try to charge only what the power costs us, where possible. For example, running 2 a/c's flat out 24/7 in a hot summer can cost $250 per month. That is why it is not included in the rent - it can vary from zero to $250. If/when electricity prices rise, this charge will also rise.
