We invite you to our bungalows for rent in BLUE BAY VILLAGE BCS, tranquility and beautiful landscapes. The house has an excellent view of the bay with great space between houses. We are on a fairly large plot of land with a good distance between our houses overlooking the Sea of Cortez and Cerralvo Island. The space Bungalow with a king-size bed, large bathroom and a small coffee bar, private terrace on the second floor where you can see the entire bay. We are located in the upper part of Sargento, 900 meters from the main street. We will send you our location and instructions for your arrival. The Bungalow features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and hot water with excellent water pressure (includes shampoo, soap, and towels). Includes: - Fridge bar with freezer -Microwave -Coffee maker - Electric frying pan -Glasses, dishes and cutlery. - Basic cooking utensils Free WIFI service. In case you need to work from here, we suggest sending a message with the necessary questions before your reservation to make your stay a better experience. LONG STAYS: (More than 10 days) For long stays we have weekly and monthly discounts which include: - Welcome set: What you need for your first days (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee and sugar). - Clean sheets and towels every 10 days - Garbage collection. Guest access We recommend having transportation such as a bicycle, motorcycle or car to make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note We have 3 friendly dogs—2 small breeds and 1 medium-sized—who take care of our place. They are very friendly and don't cause any trouble; they have no issues getting along with other dogs.
