The entertainment room is a place where your family and friends can enjoy and play games indoors. This is a perfect cozy place for families or large group of friends! The town of Loomis is quaint and offers anything you might need. Grocery, Breakfast, Breweries, Wineries and more... Newcastle market is a lovely deli and fresh fruit market close by. And all the Auburn trails and Folsom Lake, as well as the Quarry Adventure Ropes course is nearby. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking) Features: - Ten parking spaces at the parking lot and driveway. - Key-less entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: TV. - Game Room/Downstairs Suite : TV, foosball table, board games, and books - Dining area w/ seating for 10 - Countertop seating for 4 - Kitchen: K-cup coffee machine, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, silverware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, body wash. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent. - Back yard: BBQ grill (Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks if it is empty), outdoor dinning table seating for 12, and outdoor sectional sofa seating for 10 - Side yard: Fire wood fire pit and gas fire pit (Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks if they choose to use the fire pit) Check-in: 4 pm. Check-out: 10 am. Other things to note - No parties allowed. - Quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM - No shoes on carpet including stairs and upstairs. Please leave your shoes downstairs when go upstairs. - No smoke inside of the property. - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area. - Without pre-approval, no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed for security reasons. - Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. - Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or outside. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - We have cameras at the front and back for security reason(facing out). When check out - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors. - Pile the used towels inside the laundry room. - Load the dishes in dishwasher and start it, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
