Pool and gym Other things to note Apartment Rules: Please make sure that all doors are locked when leaving the premises. Please remember to close all windows when leaving the apartment. This is a tropical island and at any given moment there could be a rain storm. BATHROOM: Please DO NOT dispose of excessive toilet paper in the toilet. Boca Chica is a beach town and sometimes experiences power outages during a large storm. Your are responsible for all items relating to appliances/kitchen (Air conditioning and corresponding., Dishes, silverware, cups, kitchen appliances, etc) remotes. Please turn off all electrical items when leaving the apartment. That means lights, fans, Air conditioning, and anything else with an on/off button. Visitors agree to maintain the cleanliness of the premises during the period of their stay. We can arrange a weekly cleaning service at an additional cost )for longer term stays).The garbage disposal is on the right passing the elevators. *NO pets inside the unit. Please don't let any cats/dogs/or other animals inside. SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING or Hookah in the apartment. There will be a $250.00 USD charge for removing the smoke damage. POOL: No glass by the pool (no beer bottles, glass cups, anything that is or has glass). FURNITURE: Please do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes. Please turn off all electrical items when leaving the condo. That means lights, fans, Air conditioning, and anything else with an on/off button. *For the price you get one cleaning fee set up. *For long-term renter the electric is paid by the customer. TOWELS FOR POOL: Towels for pool are provided. Please make sure that when you are done using the towels you bring them back upstairs. If you lose a towel, there will be a US$20.00 fee.
