This private studio is tucked away on the back of the property of a single family home in a quiet family friendly neighborhood across the street from Bohemian Park. Easy freeway access to business 80 and walking distance to Town and Country village with shopping, Sprouts Market, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, restaurants and CVS Pharmacy. The space This petite yet comfortable and well appointed studio is just what you need to recharge and relax during your business or pleasure trip to Sacramento. There is wireless internet to support your business and travel needs. Appointed with 1 comfortable queen sized bed. There is a pub table for eating and computer time, silverware and dishes for your use, a microwave, mini fridge and smart TV with Roku. The bathroom has a shower and is stocked with toiletries for your stay. There is an iron, small ironing board, and a hair dryer available. Enjoy the yard and use the private and serene space to recharge during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the studio, adjacent deck, plus the relaxing and serene back yard. Other things to note There will likely be guests in the main house overlapping your stay so the yard is a shared space despite your private entrance. Respect and kindness are expected. I have another long term guest and property caretaker, Mike, who may be staying on property from time to time throughout your stay. He has a separate living space which he accesses in the back yard. He also shares the backyard space when he is there. He drives a big white Ram work truck and parks on the street in front of the house. The studio is a quiet retreat that is designed for business professionals and travelers exploring Sacramento or visiting family.
