There are six bedrooms and two open-plan living/kitchen areas in this accommodation, warmly waiting to welcome up to 12 guests. The space The house extends over 2 floors with a total of 180 sq.m. The accommodation is located within a fenced estate of 11,000 sq.m. , with a unique view of the sea. The accommodation offers absolute privacy although it is only 700 meters from BUFOS and AVLAKI beaches, a 5 minute walk. Guests have the entire property for their personal use! DIEVANDI SEAVIEW VILLA is only 1.5 kilometers from the seaside village of SISI, where you can find everything you may need (restaurants, supermarkets, shops) nearby. The pool Our large swimming pool has an area of 48 sq.m. and its depth extends from 115-155 cm. In its shallow part there are seats that can accommodate 6 people at the same time in order to enjoy the hydromassage system. Its unusual shape was created in order for the view to follow the sea on the horizon line. The waterfall on the front side creates an additional feeling of relaxation listening to the water flowing in its channel. Relax on our luxurious deckchairs with a 25cm mattress thickness and a pillow to enjoy the view of the sea. Our small pool is only 40 cm deep and has an area of 9 sq.m. It is suitable for young children to swim safely. The pool can be heated mainly in the spring and autumn months. In this case there will be an additional charge of €80 per day with a minimum of 4 days of charge. There should be notice in advance as it takes 2 days for the water temperature to adjust to desired levels. Our terraces DIEVANDI SEAVIEW VILLA has 3 outdoor living rooms to choose from if you want some time to yourself.. The 2 living rooms are located at the front towards the sea for you to relax and enjoy the sunset and the sun disappearing into the sea. The other living room is on the east side of the house and overlooks the playground and barbeque area. If it's windy ahead, relax here. The barbeque area includes a large table capable of serving over 10 people. The grill is made with traditional charcoal and there is also a wood oven. The playground On a lawn area of approximately 150 sq.m. a playground is installed to please the children. Includes climbing wall, slide and 2 swings. Baby seat available as well. The interior of the house Indoor living | Bedrooms and bathrooms. This self-catering villa has separate living and kitchen areas, with all the warmth it can bring. Offering 180m2 of interior space, offering personalized décor, this magnificent villa has six bedrooms and two bathrooms, each displaying a distinct look and feel. The luxury villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests on real beds and two additional guests can be accommodated on the available sofas - they can be installed on request in two living rooms. The maximum capacity of the villa is 12 people. On the ground floor is the dining area, the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 1 small storage room, 1 bedroom for 2 guests and a bedroom for 1 guest. On the 1st floor are 1 bathroom and 4 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms accommodate 2 guests and one accommodates 1 guest. Our beds All beds have a dimension of 200x90 cm, they are luxurious with a thickness of 25 cm. In the 3 largest bedrooms, 2 beds are joined together and a super double bed 200x180 is created Other things to note The heating of the pool is upon request and there is an extra charge of 80 euro per day due to the high energy cost.
