AT&T Stadium is easily accessible on foot, allowing guests to avoid traffic, parking fees, and event-day congestion. 1. The maximum occupancy of the property by city ordinance is 10 persons. 2. In a life-threatening emergency please dial 911. 3. Please be considerate of the neighbors. The City of Arlington mandate a curfew for outside activity from 10pm-8am. Amplified sound must not be loud outside at any time and is limited before 10pm. 4. No parties or events are allowed on the property. 5. Trash pickup is at the curb adjacent to the driveway normally very early on Wednesdays. Trash may be put out after 7:30pm on Tuesdays. Please put all trash in plastic bags only. Please be sure all trash bags are tied closed before placing them in the trash bin. Recycling goes in the recycling bin. Both carts can be rolled out to the curb by the mailbox. Please set them just in front of the curb on the street. 6. Please park in the driveway. You will not be allowed to park on the street 2 hours before, during or 2 hours after any large event at AT&T. The police enforce towing. No more than 4 cars are allowed in the driveway. No parking allowed in the yard. 7. Upon leaving, please leave the sheets on the bed. It would be much appreciated if you would start a load of towels and dishes. 8. One Small/medium size pet is allowed, 2 max depending on size. All pets must be preapproved for stay. Please notify us if you have a pet you would like to bring. You will need to pay a pet deposit of $150 prior to your arrival. 9. Early check in is not determined until 48 hours prior to your arrival. A $30/hr early check in fee is also charged. Thank you!
