Contactless self check in. Door with a code specific to you for the length of your stay. Code will be messaged to guests 72 hours before check-in. If your booking is last min, send host a message to provide you an emergency door code. Other things to note Parking - Underground secure parking available. Remote will be provided after you check-in the condo. Be sure to drive all the way in and make a loop before pulling into the space. (It’ll make sense when you’re there) Maximum occupancy of 2 guests is enforced. Host may allow an additional guest. Inquire before booking. You are welcome to have visitors but NO PARTIES allowed - max visitors - 2. The condo is South East facing and you’ll be protected by any harsh sun during the day. This is a condo complex with many residents. Please do not disturb other occupants. For security reasons neighbors do not allow strangers coming in and out of the building and will not give access to you. Host will buzz you in through intercom. Laundry - Shared laundry room on 2nd & 3rd floors. See house rules for instructions. PETS - We welcome dogs and will make exceptions for cats with trimmed nails under the condition that you bring a litter box. Please message us about your pet request. There’s a pet fee of $150 for the entirety of your stay.
