My studio is a tiny independent house, all for you, with no sharing: wi-fi, double bed, TV, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and bidet, and a view of a courtyard. Self check-in available. The space 28 square meters on the ground floor of a historic building. Three windows overlook a private courtyard (no access). The canal in the photos is just outside the building. It's a small, budget-friendly apartment, very well located, perfect for a couple or friends. Attention: please read the apartment description carefully (especially the size), the house rules, and look at the photos before booking. I do my best to meet your expectations and would really like to avoid negative reviews! Guest access From the building entrance, three steps to get in/out. Other things to note - Only self check-in available (unless specifically requested otherwise). - Self check-in after 10:00 PM has an additional cost of 20 euros (to be paid in cash along with the city tax). - You must send me a copy of your passport/ID card two days before the self check-in. - City tax: 4 euros per night (mandatory). - The entrance door is small, please be careful when entering and exiting. - Due to the studio's location, phone reception is poor and the wi-fi connection is not very fast. - Garbage collection at 8:30 AM (sometimes the garbage collectors ring the doorbell to access the building). - Upon request, I can add a baby cot at no extra cost.
