Amenities include gazebos, barbecue area, swimming pool, lush tropical garden and direct access to the Atlantic beach. This villa is fully equipped with cable tv, dvd/vcr combo, in-unit washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, cordless electric kettle, toaster, safe, ceiling fans in each room, sleep sofa, linen, towels, etc. Brand new kitchen effective May 2023. Guest access The entire grounds with 2 gazebos, swimming pool, barbecue area and area by seawall is fully accessible to all guests. Guests also have full access of their private unit. Other things to note Pool will be closed from 7th July to 11th August 2025 to allow for repairs.
