Brand new windows, french doors and gas fireplace just installed for 2022 3 bedroom, 2 full bath on private Bass Lake. Picturesque Adirondack getaway. Listen to the loons from this camp about 30 minutes outside of Lake Placid. Abundant hiking from your front door. Modern day amenities include dishwasher, washing machine and dryer Camp comes with canoe, one adult kayak and one kids kayak. Bass Lake is across the street and 3 mile long loon Lake is a 60 second walk down the road The space The home is right across from Bass Pond and offers a great view of the water from the porch. There is a well kept path down to the water with some Adirondack chairs nestled into a nice overlook. There is hiking up Lookout Mountain from the front door of the house and plenty of trails and lakes to explore. Should you want to go down to Loon Lake to fish, swim or canoe it's not even a 60 second walk from the front door. We provide a pull behind with wheels so that the kayak and canoe can be pulled down the paved road to the water to launch and enjoy the day paddling or fishing. A brand new gas fireplace was installed for ambiance and for additional heat in the spring and fall months when temperatures are still chilly at night In case of those rainy days or for groups with kids we have over 10+ board games, playing cards, puzzles, PS3, a TV and DVD player as well as 100+ DVD's Huge backyard for volleyball (yes we have a net for you), horseshoes (also provided) and making smores by the campfire. We also have wifi available free of charge. Guest access Entire house as well as the canoe and kayak are available for renters.
