Welcome to the ultimate tiny home experience! Our tiny home boasts two cozy queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. Main floor bedroom is a queen sized Murphy Bed, that is super comfortable! Additional queen bed is located up the stairs in the loft. Note: The loft area has a low ceiling for the second bedroom! Our unique and charming home is nestled within the tranquil Coastal Creek Village mobile home park. You'll have exclusive use of one reserved parking space. The space We purchased this mobile home park and had big dreams for a Tiny home community, that allowed families and friends to stay in an affordable and comfortable space to explore the Central Coast, our favorite place on earth! We immediately replaced 11/15 homes with brand new, beautiful homes, and redid the entire property. There are still a couple older homes that house long term residents, that we will replace when they decide to move out! We’ve created a space that has hosted thousands of guests now! It is a peaceful and quite community that guests have come to love. There are several long term guest that are incredible nice and keep to themselves. Parking is tight, but we’ve managed a dedicated space to each home, including several first come first served reserved spaces! We've worked hard to make sure you have an incredible SLO experience, please let us know if you need anything at all during your stay and we would be happy to oblige! Guest access Once you enter in through the south end of the mobile home park, you will proceed down the one way road until you see the yellow “sunshine tiny home”, space #12. From there you will back your car into the space 12 and proceed to the tiny home! The park is a quiet and peaceful haven, with 8 other short term rental homes. In case you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to message us. We're always here to help make your stay unforgettable. Other things to note This is a tiny house, so for guest over 6ft they may need to bend down a bit more for bathing/showering. Other than that you will be surprised what you can fit into a tiny home! Please note low ceiling height in the loft, and main bedroom on main floor is a murphy bed!
