Beautiful country house with heated pool and SPA, 45 minutes from SP, surrounded by greenery in the Mariapolis neighborhood, a little piece of Italy. The neighborhood borders Haras, Cond. Central Park and the Diaféria farm. House with 5 en-suites, 4 with air-conditioning, 4 cars in the garage and another 3 in front of the villa. Wonderful pool and SPA for 7 people in the outdoor area. The gourmet space has attracted groups of friends and families. A large pergola connects the living room balcony to the main hall. All 13 places in beds The space 45 minutes from Shopping Eldorado, via Raposo Tavares, you can come here to rest, enjoy the 7-seat SPA, the pool, cook, barbecue, make a delicious Texan barbecue in our Pit Smoker, bake a pizza in the wood-burning oven, read or enjoy nature with friends or family or visit São Roque with its wine and restaurant route. Excellent restaurants just minutes away in the area. Supermarkets, pharmacies, butcher shops all nearby. The region had a very strong Japanese immigration and has good Japanese restaurants, in addition to the cherry blossom season, when the colony holds its big "Cherry Blossom Festival" party, usually 2 days of partying with many attractions and typical food, and this happens just minutes from the house. A large house of more than 450 meters with 5 en-suites, all with bathrooms, where the master suite has reverse air-conditioning (hot or cold). Because we had the opportunity to travel the world, much of the decoration is made up of small souvenirs from the places we visited one day. In the office, there is a large world map with dozens of pins stuck in it, marking each place visited in the world. Guest access There are no parking problems and although it is a rural area in the middle of greenery and with many birds and small animals, you can reach the door of the house on the comfort of asphalt. Other things to note The novelty of the pool being heated by a heat exchanger and the 7-seat SPA reaching up to 40º are the charm this winter. The fireplace in the living room and also a large gas heater like those in movies or as if referring to an outdoor restaurant area in winter for outdoor areas makes everything cozy and if you want to enjoy it even more you can make a fondue with the family, the wine glasses are in the closet.
