One double bedroom with queen size bed and three quadruple bedrooms with queen size beds and comfortable bunk beds. Three bedrooms on the first floor with en suite bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning, one bedroom on the ground floor with en suite bathroom with double hot tub, TV and a fan. All bathrooms are equipped with towel warmers. In the large living room you can relax next to an antique fireplace or have acomfortable dinner all together. The kitchen is old-fashioned, but modern and fully equipped: microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, juicer, blender ... etc. The large country house overlooks the garden where you will find: a porch with sofas, sunloungers, chairs and tables, a wrought iron gazebo, a large wooden game for your children and everything you need for your relax. The whole property is fenced with a large internal parking. Our Casale del Leon is a corner of paradise where you can relax in the cool, in the Venetian countryside (in spring and summer), avoiding the heat and confusion of the city. The house also offers a porch equipped with sofas, a terrace and a large garden with outdoor furniture for your relax: sunloungers, table and chairs. In the park you will find a playground area for your children with a large wooden play area and slide. Other things to note Our property is along the Riviera del Brenta, land of Tiepolo and Palladio, a place of historical, artistic and cultural interest comparable to the Castles of the Loire or the Castles of Bavaria. In fact, scattered along the Brenta River are the numerous ancient Palladian Villas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which you can visit by car, bicycle or boat. Our Casale is 12 km from Venice and 12 km from Padua. Other historic cities to visit nearby are: Treviso, Verona, Vicenza, Chioggia and Ferrara. Other historical/naturalistic places are: Lake Garda and Gardaland for your children or the Euganean Hills( Unesco Heritage), with the famous Terme Euganee (thermal centers). Or the food and wine tours in Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (near Treviso) are also interesting to discover the area and the cellars of the famous Prosecco Docg (Prosecco Tour). The sea is also close to us: Sottomarina is 25 km away, Jesolo is 40 km away and Caorle too, or the exclusive Lido di Venezia is 40 km away. Venice Airport is 25 km away, Treviso Airport 40 km from us. The closest train station is Mira-Mirano 4,5 km away. The tram stop at 1 km. The maritime station for ferries to Venice and the islands (Murano, Burano, Torcello, Lido di Venezia, etc....) is 5 km away (Fusina port). The port of Venice is 12 km away. In the villages of Dolo and Mira, 1/2 km from us, you will find: supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, shops, pubs, bars, breweries, restaurants and pizzerias. We are close to public transport: tram/bus stop for Venice and Padua and the small but frequent Mira-Mirano train station for the 2 cities (with ample and convenient free parking).
