Welcome to L&S Home Away From Home — renovated 4BR/3BA townhome at Regal Palms Resort, just minutes from Disney. Comfortably sleeps 8 with TVs, Roku, cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi in every room. Dedicated workspace in master bedroom. Enjoy photo-worthy grass walls and full access to resort amenities including heated pools, a lazy river, waterslide, nail spa, hot tub, gym, tiki bar, dining, arcade, and ice cream shop. The perfect blend of comfort, fun, and resort-style relaxation awaits. The space You will find free parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Two stools are placed next to the front door. The unit is accessible for check-in via keypad. There is an umbrella stand at the entrance. There's two master suites, the one on the main floor is nautical / ocean-themed ( queen size bed ) and the second is on the upper level and is tropical-themed ( King size bed ). The kids room is Mickey Mouse-themed with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is designer- themed (queen size bed). All lamps in the bedrooms have USB ports, except the first floor master suite which has outlets. Guest access The resort is home to many amenities that are walking distance from the unit. You must have your parking pass visibly placed on your rear view mirror at all times. Please be aware that the guest who made the reservation with their Airbnb account must be the guest to check into the resort. Other guest won’t be allowed to check in without the guest who reserved the unit. Other things to note ATTENTION: Resort fees are $22.40 per night ( includes all house guests ). This fee will be requested through Airbnb after you book your reservation. This is required for access into the gated community and amenities. There will be a starter pack left available for guests. This starter pack includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher tablet, one laundry tablet, one trash bag for the kitchen trash can, antibacterial hand soap in each bathroom / kitchen and one roll of paper towel for the kitchen. Please be aware that the ice maker on the fridge doesn’t work.
