The space Villa Esperia extends over three levels, starting from the lower level to the first floor, with a total area of 200sqm. On the ground floor you will discover an open plan layout, which includes large sliding balcony doors, a spacious corner sofa, a 55-inch LG smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art electrical appliances and a dining room that serves 8-10 guests. On the same level there is a bedroom with a king size double bed, which has direct access to the garden and the pool from the balcony doors as well as a bedroom with a queen size double bed overlooking the garden from the balcony door. Both bedrooms have 32-inch LG Smart TVs and air conditioning. The last space on the ground floor is a bathroom shared by the bedrooms, and it has a large glass shower cabin and granite benches. Going up the impressive wooden staircase you will find yourself on the first floor, which has a master bedroom with a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a very large, furnished terrace with a glass railing from where you can enjoy the Cretan Sea, the island of Thodorou and the White Mountains. Going down the stairs, you will find yourself on the lower level, which is another great addition to the house, featuring two extra rooms (2 single & 1 double queen size) as well as two extra bathrooms with large glass shower cabins and granite benches.
