Owls Nest is located on a farm about 7 miles from the small towns of Woodbridge & Framlingham and about 15 miles from the Suffolk Heritage Coast. You'll love my place because of the peace and tranquility. In fact many of our guests comment on the beautiful idilic location as soon as they arrive, the cosiness & the views. The barn accommodation is on the first floor and accessible via an external wooden staircase. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The space This first floor accommodation is accessible via an external wooden staircase. The accommodation sleeps 2 people and has a bedroom with a double bed, new mattress in 2022,bathroom with a large bath and a shower over the bath. The shower fits the space available for the ceiling and may not suit taller guests. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a built in fridge , mini freezer added in 2022, washing machine, electric hob, and combi microwave and Ninja air fryer also new in 2022. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools. The lounge dining room has a dining table and chairs a sofa and armchair with foot stool and built in cupboards. There is TV/DVD, internet access and oil fired central heating in the property. The property benefits from lovely views to the back and front and has a light and airy feel with a large window in the main living area. There is a secluded outside seating area and plenty of available parking. EV charger available on request and charged for actual amount used. Guest access Owls Nest enjoys a very quiet rural location with 17 acres of land encompassing the property and acres of farmland surrounding its boundaries. As well as the accommodation, guests are welcome to take a walk around the boundary on a cut grass path and enjoy some of the wildlife and the many trees that we have planted. The farmhouse its garden and other farm buildings are private.
