Two bedrooms: 1 king bed & 1 queen bed with nightstands; equipt with charging ports & lamps; and ceiling fans in each room. One bathroom, laundry room (ironing board and iron), fully stocked kitchen (if you need anything else, message me). Two Roku tv’s and beautiful Italian leather living room suit with charging ports on the furniture. Guest access Entire apartment. There is a ring doorbell and one Camera on the front of the duplex. Long-Term Stays (30+ Days): A recurring monthly cleaning fee of $60 applies.
