Great Vibes &Cherished Fun Memories Await The space We are surrounded by 900 gorgeous acres of hiking trails with huge boulders scattered along trails and stunning views of both lakes within a short 5 minute walk. You can see the stars here at night and the most incredible sunrises and sunsets! We are close to freeways, shopping/malls/movie theater, wineries, restaurants, live entertainment, Southern California Wine Country, Pechanga Casino, sky diving, zip lining, roller skating, bowling, Hot Air Balloon rides! San Diego/beach 55 minutes, Orange County/beach 50 minutes, Los Angeles is 60 minutes. Very centralized for traveling and experiencing all that Southern California offers! Guest access Guests have full access of home, backyard, front yard, side yard, Not the garage. You are allowed 4 cars maximum. (We may be able to accommodate 5 just communicate with us please thank you. The driveway can fit 3 cars and up to two can park in front of house on street (please no parking in front of neighbors houses thank you!) If you park in the driveway please pull up towards garage door so you don’t block the public sidewalk thank you :) Other things to note 2nd and 4th Monday’s are street sweeping day so make sure to park in driveway to avoid a ticket on those Mondays (signs posted at street entrance on corner) We want to book guests who respect the house rules. No loud parties or loud music please. A small speaker at low volume during the day up until 9:59PM is totally fine but After 10PM No loudness outside whatsoever please we don’t want complaints from neighbors so everyone needs to follow the community outdoor noise curfew thank you. Everyone has been respectful of the 10pm outside noise rule so far thank you. *This is a peaceful family neighborhood. *You can still play music inside the house after 10pm just keep the windows and doors shut so we don’t disturb neighbors thank you :) ! It brings us great joy sharing this home and we hope everyone has a wonderful time filled with joy and lots of laughter. Everyone loves this property. Kids especially love the pool !
