Closed late October to late March. Will be open but cold for a dare. The kitchen is a substantial open space consisting of a sitting area with a fire place, dining area and cooking area. Through the kitchen, you will find an office space, leading on to the utility room. To the left of the entrance hall, is the drawing room with an adjoining study. With a hidden tv and a log burner, it’s the perfect escape from the buzz of the kitchen! There are large doors to break up the study and drawing room if desired. Sofa bed is situated in the study. The downstairs loo is just off the hall, with loo, shower and sink. Upstairs, the first room to find is the primary bedroom. A king size bed and bespoke wardrobes, a balcony looking out to the garden and a stunning en-suite bathroom. Beside the primary bedroom is a spacious shower room with eclectic tiling and vanity unit. Following this, is the twin room with two single beds, with a large built-in wardrobe. The single room is also fitted wardrobe and views to the garden. The next bedroom is another king size bed, with bespoke wardrobes and antique dressing table. The final bedroom has a queen size bed and substantial wardrobe space. There is another bathroom upstairs set between the king size and queen size room with sink, loo and bath. The outside of the property has a private driveway with parking for 10+ cars. There is a massive lawn with bespoke swimming pool and boxed gardens along with a garden house. With an open log fire and retro leather sofas, the garden house has a large dining area, ping pong table, drinks fridge and sink. Please note garden house for quiet use only past 10pm to be respectful of neighbours, but do continue the party in the house! Guest access The entire property is available and waiting to be enjoyed.
