Welcome to our newly renovated home located in a beautiful scenic area with nearby lakes. Our home is situated in the PERFECT location, less than 15 minutes from Atlanta and the Braves stadium. This is a great home for family or friends. Amenities include a pool table, games, volleyball, soccer, grilling, and more! We love to pamper our guests with the little things that make you feel at home. We have our home professionally cleaned and work hard to maintain a comfortable and clean home The space Our home has 3 bedrooms and a futon in the flex room that serves as a fourth sleeping space. There are two bathrooms with spa like showers. The house includes outdoor sports equipment, games, and activities which will keep guest well entertained. Help your self to the complimentary food, drinks, and toiletries. Guest access Guest have full access to indoor and outdoor space Other things to note Our home is professionally cleaned with standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our property has a strict no party/gatherings, smoking, and pet policy. THERE IS A $500-1000 FEE FOR VIOLATIONS OF PARTY/ GATHERING, SMOKING, OR PET POLICY. Visiting guests greater than 3 people must be pre-approved. Visiting guests are not allowed overnight. Please adjust total guest count, if needed. 6 maximum guest are allowed. Booking guest must be 25 years or older. You are welcome to submit inquiry and we will consider exceptions on a case by case matter. Thermostat cooling guidelines The minimum recommended air conditioner setting is 68° Cooler thermostat settings usually will not cause the home to cool down faster or cooler, but can cause damage to the AC unit. Please avoid setting the thermostat below 66 to 68°. Feel free to reach out to us for specific heating and cooling needs. Please note, portable fans and heaters are available in the home.
