Exactly one mile from downtown Boyne City and Young State Park. The space Newly renovated home is bright and cheery. Plenty of room to kick back and relax with friends and family. Unfortunately, the clothes dryer does not work at this time. There is a washing machine on site, and there is also a laundromat nearby. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, a double lot yard and a deck facing Lake Charlevoix. Other things to note Dogs are welcome! This home includes a fenced in area for your four legged friend. If you plan to bring a pet, please be honest and pay the pet deposit. Local boarding facilities charge up to $150 a night per pet. We want to continue to allow our guests to bring along their furry companions and the pet deposit allows us to do so. Thank You in advance for your respect for our property.
