The space The house, approximately 120 m², has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with 180 x 200 cm beds and one single bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm bed. It also features two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room for a comfortable stay. Outside, you'll find various areas to relax outdoors, dine on the terrace, or cool off in the approximately 14 m² pool. This house is ideal for those seeking tranquility, nature, and comfort in a privileged setting. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest. Other things to note Climate Control: In summer, the house does not have conventional air conditioning. Instead, it benefits from natural cross-ventilation and ceiling fans, designed to promote a more natural and environmentally friendly cooling experience. The house has underfloor heating for the winter months.
