Ocean Front Villa just steps to the beach. Wildlife, Coastal Habitats, Sea Turtle Nesting, Bike Trails. 1 minute walk from your porch to the beach. Enjoy the ocean sounds from your covered porch. Perfect for relaxing, reading or a nap. Fantastic location! Night Heron Park is just a short walk. 30 Miles of tree covered bike trails. You can ride on the beach! Bikes can be rented and delivered from several vendors. Golf and Tennis is available on the island for a fee. Reservations required. The space Clean, crisp, uncluttered, and cozy are words used to describe our Villa. Same day check-ins may be available. Just send request if the calendar is unclear to Robert Epps. Contactless Check-In. Once you get your gate pass at the security gate, you can go straight to the villa. Keypad entry. Boardwalk is right off the back door. Takes one minute to stroll to the ocean. Oceans Breezes and ocean sounds from our covered porch. Main bedroom has a new king size sealy memory foam mattress. Very comfortable and cool. There is a ceiling fan above the bed. Bunkroom is really cute. Kids love our little bunk room. It shows as a second bedroom on this site, but it is a bunk room with twin size bunk beds, not what we represent as a bedroom. Teenagers and adults can use the bunk room, but please consider the small size before booking. Thank you. Guest access You can access the beach right out the back door. Turn left on the boardwalk and the path is on the right. Takes almost exactly 1 minute:) There is an outdoor shower on the beach access boardwalk. It has an open standup shower and a lower faucet for cleaning off your feet or beach gear. Bike riding is a great way to explore the island. Paths everywhere or you can easily ride on the beach. You can even ride all the way to freshields shopping area for fun, groceries, dining. Night heron Park is just behind you. Nature center, large open park, scheduled activities at times, open area Night Heron Grill and Bar, for light fare and drinks. Does not have any sort of pool access available. Parking lot is in front of the unit. It is an open lot. You are allowed up to 2 cars. The parking lot also houses an easy to use household rubbish container. It is behind a screened fence and is there for all windswept guests to use. Other things to note No Pool Access. Golf and tennis is available on the island for a fee. Reservations required.
