Come relax in this former family farm from 1895, located in the countryside Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, with heated and covered swimming pool (late April / late September or more depending on weather). House without close neighbors, surrounded by large meadows, quiet and peaceful place. A second cottage is offered for rent. THE SWIMMING POOL: You will enjoy the swimming pool heated by a heat pump from May to the end of September! It is covered by a low sliding shelter, possibility of bathing under the shelter. Private pool with 2 cottages; not shared with the owners,  10 x 5m with 3 steps of different depth (approximately: 1m, 1m20 and 1m60) It is secure, lockable shelter, all-around gates, house access door that lock + lock The shelter slides easily ACTIVITIES AND TOURISM: You will appreciate the calm and the nature of this place; with meadows all around. Marked hiking trails from the cottage and forests. Cottage on the farm, you can admire animals: sheep, cats, chickens ....
