Beautifully maintained, with many updates, including both bathrooms and beautiful wood floors, 598 Wildwood is nestled in a private, quiet neighborhood with its own pool and tennis. This beautiful property has an amazing view of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course from the large deck and is just a short ten minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Pet friendly, yet clean, comfortable and including all the great amenities you expect with SeaPinesVilla properties. The space As with all of our villas, enjoy two free bikes for exploring the miles and miles of shady bike paths through Sea Pines, free high speed wireless internet, free tennis and a free family fitness pass to a local gym located just out the front entrance to the resort. 598 Wildwood is well equipped with all linens plus a full kitchen, ready for those nights where you feel like staying in. Beach towels and chairs are included also and are stored in the front entryway of the property. Wildwood is a small, private neighborhood with only 15 units. The pool has a shady part every day and is rarely busy. Guest access Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand! Parking is right in front of the property. One Sea Pines vehicle pass is included in your reservation. Sea Pines is a gated community. Unless you have booked very last minute, we will mail your pass ahead of your arrival. If additional passes are needed, they are $22 and can either be billed and included in your mailing or they can be purchased at security upon arrival. Your pass allows you access to all areas of Sea Pines, however there are parking restrictions for guests at the Beach Club during peak summer months. During these months, a trolley and beach shuttle services are available for "park and ride from many convenient locations around Sea Pines. Other things to note Your departure cleaning is included in the cost of your villa. Check-out instructions will be in the notebook inside the villa.
