The small bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Linens, towels and dish towels are included! On the garden level is the open living and dining room with access to the partially covered west terrace and a small kitchen. It is heated with a new and efficient pellet stove, which can be programmed individually. Pellets are of course sufficiently available. A space-saving staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. In the smaller room there is a double bed, which fills the entire room. The larger room is equipped with two single beds and a second TV. On the large terrace and garden you can enjoy absolute peace and nature. Sun loungers for relaxation and an outdoor dining table are also available. A parking space for two cars or a motorhome is right in front of the house. A modern and lockable garden house is available to accommodate high-quality bicycles. The location offers opportunities for a variety of hikes, motorcycle or mountain bike tours. The culinary delights in the surrounding forest huts, but also in numerous wineries and restaurants on the wine route are not neglected. Shopping and wellness facilities are offered by the towns of Annweiler, Bad Bergzabern with the South Palatinate thermal baths, Dahn with the bathing paradise and the sauna world and also Landau with the LaOla leisure pool. Nearby is the castle ruins of Lindelbrunn, Landeck Castle and also the Silzer See is around the corner. A trip to nearby Alsace and the Dahner Felsenland ensure wonderful moments.
