It awaits you with the latest technical equipment and free Wi-Fi. The small bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Linens, towels and dishcloths are included! On the garden level is the open living and dining room with access to the partially covered west terrace as well as a small kitchen. Heated with a new and efficient pellet stove, which can be programmed individually. Pellets are of course sufficiently available. A room staircase leads to the two bedrooms upstairs. In the smaller room there is a double bed, which fills the entire room. The larger room is equipped with twin bed and a second TV. On the large terrace and garden you can enjoy absolute peace and nature. Sun loungers for relaxation and outdoor dining table are also available. A parking space for two cars or motorhome is right in front of the house. A modern and lockable garden house is available to accommodate high-quality bicycles. The location offers opportunities for a variety of hikes, motorbike or mountain biking. The culinary delights in the surrounding forest huts, but also in numerous wineries and restaurants on the wine road, are also a must.
