The Namafé Palace, a real little paradise in Essaouira

700 m2 palace in a 5000 m2 green setting. 7 bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, and each with toilet and bathroom or shower room. Possible to accommodate 16 guests. Heated pool for an extra €200 per week. (For stays less than a week, it is not possible to reduce the price), pétanque, billiards, trampoline, giant chess, caretaker and cook, included in the price. The house is close to the beach, golf and medina The space The house totals 700 m2 in a 5000 m2 park. Several terraces welcome you around a beautiful heated pool in winter or if the temperature drops below 25 degrees. (Please note, a supplement of €200 per week is required for the heated pool) Guest access The house has two living rooms on the ground floor, one of which is in a majestic 300 m2 patio. Guests will also find 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs, all of a very nice size. The house is at the end of a private enclosure of 7 houses. There is outdoor parking at the house and parking is also possible inside the property. Other things to note Once the booking is confirmed, a file containing all the information will be sent to you by email. (exact address/good addresses/activities) Samira, a professional cook, will cook any of your requests, it's possible to plan menus with her. She will give you the shopping list that you will have to pick up in this case. She also makes the rooms every day. Please note that even if there are some, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquids are part of the groceries and are the responsibility of the tenants. We specify that the house is not a hotel, nor a guest house! For optimal service: Beyond 4 rooms used or more than 6 people, a housekeeper is essential, this is at your expense 195 DH/day (=+/- €18) A second assistant is required for 12 or more people. The cost of the assistance is per day. The help is present on your arrival day and on your departure day. There are always more days than nights. (For example: A 7-night rental corresponds to 8 days of help being present) Bath towels as well as towels provided on site and included in the price. 2 extra beds are available to accommodate two more people in addition to our 7 king size double beds. We also have two lovely dogs, Romeo and Lola. They can't get into the house and have been trained not to get in, at least we try to believe it…. Parties are strictly forbidden. The caretaker living on site in his own house on the grounds is there to watch over it. On request, we can connect you with a car rental company who can bring the vehicles either to Essaouira airport or to the house. We can also arrange a shuttle from Marrakech Airport or Agadir. These fees are not included in the price of the house and are to be paid directly to the service providers.
